Job Description

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and steering the direction of our product in the ever-evolving B2B SaaS market. Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product narratives in collaboration with the Product Team to highlight our unique value proposition and stand out in the market.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on buyer personas, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing and product strategies.
  3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Create and execute impactful GTM strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring optimal product adoption and market penetration.
  4. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the content, tools, and resources needed to close deals effectively.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to refine marketing strategies, align with revenue goals, and provide actionable insights to the product team for new features or improvements.
  6. Content Leadership: Drive the creation of targeted messaging across multiple platforms to ensure consistent and effective communication with stakeholders.
  7. Customer Advocacy: Design and implement customer marketing programs to build loyalty, increase retention, and foster advocacy.

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.
  • Expertise in branding, social media, and community engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive results.
  • Experience orchestrating impactful events (virtual and in-person).
  • Strong capability in demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proficiency in crafting and implementing marketing plans and GTM strategies.
  • Experience with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
